Welcome to my blog…

Hi Friend, how are you? I am so glad that you’re here.

I've written in a lot of places over the years, personal, academic, and social. But there's something different about having a place where the words don't have to be shortened to fit or written to meet a deadline. A place where they can simply be shared, as us girls having a good conversation over our favorite meals on a sunny, or rainy day, while experiencing and growing through life together.

As my own life and faith have continued to grow, I’ve found myself realizing how much I needed to create a space where I could slow down and share some of what God has been teaching me from a deep well cultivated over the years. Any deposit our Heavenly Father has left with us, in season and out, deserves more than a predetermined newsfeed deciding what we should encounter. May we never forget that the authentic and authoritative presence of God can't be contained or regulated by algorithms.

So I’m writing here, in this precious and sacred space, free from limitations, and as a free woman  who deeply loves the Lord God, for the woman who loves God deeply but recognizes that she is still a daughter who has her moments of doubt. The woman who finds herself in a season she didn't ask for and, though it may be easier to feel like God is absent or has abandoned her, needs a gentle reminder that even in what feels like God’s hiddenness, He’s still God, He’s still good, and He’s working things out for our good. For the woman navigating the tension between what God promised and what is actually in front of her. For the woman who has prayed, waited, believed, and still lives with unanswered prayer and unfulfilled expectations. For the woman who knows God is faithful but sometimes needs to be reminded that she is not alone and God has not left her. For the woman who is simply trusting the promises of Jesus Christ with her life.

So whether you are beginning again, building, healing, waiting, leading, releasing, recovering, or simply trusting God for whatever is in front of you, my prayer is that you can find a little bit of hope here that makes a difference in your day.

Here, we’ll make room for conversations about biblical faith, biblical womanhood, Kingdom living, daily life, and leadership. I’ll share lessons from my own life, not because I have everything figured out, but because when I look back, I see how God has entrusted me with a lot over the years, my well, and I want to faithfully steward what He has entrusted to me to encourage, bring hope, truth, and freedom to uplift another woman.

So, wherever this finds you today, in whatever season you are walking through and carrying more than you asked for, whether you're navigating your single season, getting your kids off to school, showing up in your marriage, taking your place of leadership in ministry or on your job, feeling like it’s too late and you’ve been left behind, or simply trusting God with what you cannot yet see, you don’t have to arrive here having everything figured out.

There’s room here for the woman you are, and the woman God is trusting you to be.

My prayer is that somewhere between these words and God’s Word, you’ll find a little bit more of her.

Come on in. There’s room for you here Friend.
